NC Series Solidpak Thermocouples

Solidpak thermocouples are φ10 to 22mm large diameter protective tube with the high performance thermocouples that feature high sensitivity, and robustness required in a general industrial sensor. Gap between the protective tube and the thermocouple wire is densely filled with magnesium oxide. The thick protective tube provides durability in long-term continuous operation in high temperature, unfavorable environment.

Features

  • The air tight protective tube provides excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and long life.
  • Sensitivity and response are 6 to 10 times that of ordinary thermocouples.
  • The Solidpak structure resists vibration and mechanical shock. Since it can be bent, an L-type thermocouple with out an elbow is available.
  • The terminal head assures easy connection to extension wires.
  • A double-element thermocouple is also available
